Our furniture restoration service is ideal for timber tables, bookshelves, dressers, and more.

We can strip any existing paint, and then varnish or lacquer the piece with our wood furniture restoration service.

Most timber furniture is finished with a two-pot lacquer finish, though a single pot varnish is also available for furniture restoration. Lacquer finishes are long-lasting and hard-wearing, and have some resistance to staining. And unlike varnish, it doesn’t become brittle.

We have an in-house spray painting booth for applying lacquer or varnish finishes for your wood furniture restoration.

By keeping the spray painting in-house, it means we’re able to control the quality of the materials and the quality of the finish.

If you would like the piece modified in some way – for example, adding more shelves, or fitting different handles – our cabinet maker can help you with that too.
